Johannes Kühlewindt

Johannes started as a senior engineer at Klarna, where he built large-scale web automation systems processing millions of transactions and worked on AI/ML in production. He scaled two engineering teams (8-12 engineers each), learning how technical infrastructure compounds when it's connected to real business metrics.

At Grover, he moved into engineering management - leading teams across B2B ecommerce, improving margins by instrumenting LTV across cohorts, and building the data and BI systems that made growth measurable. The pattern was always the same: the biggest gains came from connecting engineering directly to revenue problems.

Now at Breezing Tech, he applies that depth independently - running experiments, building growth infrastructure, and doing the technical work that moves the numbers for ecommerce brands and startups.

What I believe

Retention before acquisition. Measurement before spend. Infrastructure over campaigns.

The brands that grow efficiently aren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They're the ones where engineering is connected to revenue, where every experiment builds on the last, and where the system gets smarter over time.
